Workplace 5S Audit Sheet (Manufactiuring Version - A3)
A simple generic tool for objectively assessing the 5S standard in a workplace. It is designed to be used within a specific area or workcell and works by counting the occurrence of things that go against the core 5S rules. The more ‘deviations from 5S’ that are counted, the lower the score. Users should use this sheet as a generic model that they can alter to suit their situation.
