Yellow or Green Belt Certification

Get certified for your skill at Lean Six Sigma.

Having a core group of continuous improvement specialists from within your organisation complete a Yellow or Green belt certification through our Lean Six Sigma program is the most advanced path for establishing ongoing process improvement within your organisation.

Yellow belt is the first stepping-stone. During this certification, participants attend a one-day ‘Introduction to Lean Six Sigma’ workshop and then participate in an improvement project. Certification is competed once participants successfully complete an exam and submit their improvement project A3 Charter demonstrating positive outcomes.

Green Belt Participants attend a more advanced training workshop over four days (day 1 is the same workshop that Yellow Belt participants attend) and to lead an improvement project.

Certification is completed when the participants successfully completed an exam and submit their improvement project A3 Charter demonstrating positive outcomes.
