Continuous Support and Guidance: The program includes ongoing implementation support from our highly experienced industry experts to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of improvements.

The Operational Excellence Program is generally structured into five key phases that ensure we are aligned to your needs and success requirements from the outset. There are some initial discovery elements that we deploy to understand your processes and identify where we think the big opportunities are. This is followed by implementation activity, where we guide and support your teams through the improvement initiatives.

Importantly, the program is built on a monthly fee with no lock-in contracts or large outlays. This means that you can quickly realise a significant ROI from the program and the onus is on us to continually demonstrate that the program adds value to your organisation!

Phase 1: Stakeholder Engagement

Our first step involves engaging with key stakeholders to align on goals, expectations, and the scope of the initiative. This phase includes a tour of the workplace and engagement workshops where we listen to the needs and insights of everyone from executives to the frontline employees. This inclusive approach ensures broad buy-in and supports effective change management.

During this phase we also define the success outcomes so that we clearly understand the overarching priorities and goals of the program, and the key metrics that will demonstrate success.

Phase 2: Process & Value Mapping & Analysis

With stakeholders aligned, we move to detailed mapping of your existing processes. This step uncovers inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Using Lean Six Sigma tools, we perform a thorough analysis to diagnose underlying issues that impede performance. This phase sets the foundation for targeted interventions that yield the most significant impact.

Phase 3: Design of Improvement Projects

Leveraging insights from our process analysis, we identify and prioritise projects that will drive the most value for your business. This selection process is collaborative, ensuring that the chosen initiatives are both impactful and manageable within the current organisational constraints. Each project is designed to not only improve processes but also to enhance team capabilities and engagement.

Phase 4: Improvement Project Implementation

The implementation phase is where theory meets practice. Our team provides hands-on support, from the initial pilot through full-scale rollout. We ensure that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and skills to execute the improvements. Ongoing monitoring and adjustment keep the projects aligned with organisational goals and responsive to any emerging challenges.

Phase 5: Presentation of Outcomes

At the end of each round of projects, we host a brief ceremony where the project teams present their results to management in what is a chance for recognition  of their efforts and a celebration of their success.

After Phase 5, we return to stakeholder engagement to review the opportunities still remaining to be pursued and the program reiterates.
