Our solution is a practical program that focuses on both the individual and the team, using a combination of training workshops and supported activities over an extended period so that the learning can be embedded.

The Core Training Modules


The training component is built on a foundation of four core modules that address the essential aspects of leadership. Each module is associated with self-analysis activities that uncover areas for development for each participant.

Module 1: The Role of Leaders

We begin by helping leaders understand their pivotal role in shaping organizational culture and driving performance. Our program emphasizes the importance of leadership in setting the tone, direction, and standards within the organization. Leaders learn how their behaviour and decisions have a direct impact on workplace culture, team morale and client satisfaction. We also explore the leadership journey and how stepping up to be a leader changes your personal development needs.

Module 2: Building Business Relationships

Effective leaders know the importance of creating and building robust strategic relationships, both within and outside the organisation. Here we focus on developing skills to enhance collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution. By cultivating strong networks and fostering trust, leaders can forge partnerships that lead to better business and personal outcomes.

Module 3: Developing the Team

This module shows how to align business needs with strategic development plans for each individual member of their team. Module 4: Ownership and Accountability

In this module, we stress the importance of leaders setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable. Included in this section are some valuable insights into how modern managers use visual systems to communicate priorities and performance in an engaging and positive way.

Supplementary Training Modules

In addition to the core training modules, we offer a series of optional supplementary training offerings that you can choose from, depending on the needs of your team. Problem Solving & Decision Making

Leading Change

“Without change the best result you can hope for is to stay the same.” Navigating through change can be one of the most challenging aspects of a management role and it is one of the most common barriers to improving productivity. It is a key skill for leaders to develop and this workshop provides insights into how to plan for change and then lead teams through it.

Lean Process Improvement"

The lean toolbox is essential for managers who need to increase productivity and quality. It is also a great way to create engagement and buy-in to change. We have several versions of this program, tailored to different working environments, and each workshop present the information in accessible and practical weays that can be translated to the workplace to drive meaningful change.

Time Management for Professionals

The productivity of the team begins with individuals who understand what the priorities are and how to plan their work so that they deliver in full and on time. Time Management is quite simply a fundamental skill that all employees should work to develop. This workshop is an enjoyable and practical session that encourages participants to explore their behaviour and habits and allows them to develop a plan to be more effective.

Outstanding Customer Service

Providing outstanding customer service is one of the best and most economical differentiators you can invest in. This program explains the importance of customer service to both the organisation and its employees and helps the participants to build a roadmap to outstanding customer service.

Project Management

If your business delivers complex or bespoke solutions, project management skills are essential for success. Project managers must have the ability to create plans that recognise incorporate risk, communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers, track and report on progress and negotiate through problems. Our Project Management Training workshops can demonstrate how to apply both traditional and Agile project management skills in easy and systematic ways.

Individual Development Plans

Every participant in our program receives an individual development plan and time is allowed during each training workshop for participants to reflect on each topic as it is presented and identify their development needs. This forms a plan of action that they can use to drive behavioural change in the way they lead their teams, translating the theory into practice.

Individual & Team Challenges

The program also includes activities for each participant to conduct between the theory sessions. Progress is reviewed across the duration of the program to ensure that all participants are engaging with the program and gaining the maximum benefit. Where participants have difficulty completing the activities, we work with them to identify the blockers and provide support to find ways to move forward. In a typical program, we will also work with the participants to identify some areas that are particularly problematic within the business. We will then work with the participant group to identify some team projects that aim to resolve these problems, creating a platform for cross silo interaction and collaboration. This comprehensive approach combining individual actions and cross team projects ensures that your leaders develop the practical skills and learning to meet the challenges of today's business environment and drive your organisation toward its strategic goals. The approach also provides an opportunity to gain a measurable ROI from the program, making it a sound investment that pays for itself!
