Chris is a change leader who has held senior management positions in multinational organisations, overseeing the activities of diverse teams including sales, project management, customer service, administrative and technical personnel.
Chris has long been an advocate of developing teams by communicating clear goals, developing individual leadership and providing practical skills development. Prior to launching Kallista Consulting in late 2006, Chris was the Business Manager – Asset Management at Rockwell Automation where he was awarded both Lean Champion – Asia Pacific Region and Highest Growth (30%) -Asia Pacific Region for 2006.

He is a Lean project leader that uses a number of global business improvement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools to maximize the value of every dollar spent. He specialises in assisting businesses of all industry types and sizes by helping them save time, reduce costs and increase productivity by eliminating non value-adding activity.
Stephen has introduced Lean Thinking business improvement philosophy to Victoria’s largest government departments and has implemented a number of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and Lean organisational improvement projects in the public and private sectors. He is widely known for his remarkable success in developing a new culture of continuous improvement.
Stephen is an experienced presenter at major domestic and international conferences on business process improvement, building a culture of continuous improvement and gaining staff and leadership engagement.
